The IISER Bhopal Library, started in Aug. - Sep. , 2008. Currently houses around 1250 books, comprises of collection includes textbooks for the undergraduate curriculum in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS & BIOLOGY. The library collection also includes documents in Environmental Science, Computer Science, History of Science, light reading materials: Fictions, Stories, General books, Magazines etc. Research books & Monographs are also included in the collection for labs & research purpose. On-line access to Full text as well as bibliographic databases are being subscribed to facilitate research & teaching. Plans for library expansion includes subscription to all major scientific research journals as well as e-books, e-journals & bibliographic databases etc. Soon IISER Bhopal Library will become fully digital library with modern facilities.
