  • Professor Vinod Singh, Director, IISER Bhopal, has been conferred with the prestigious Goyal Award in Chemical Sciences for the year 2011 for his outstanding contribution in the area of Asymmetric Synthesis of Organic molecules given by Kurukshetra University.
  • Dr. Dhanvir Singh Rana, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, has been awarded prestigious NASI Young Scientist Platinum Jubilee Award for the year 2011 given by the National Academy of Sciences India (Allahabad) in Physical Sciences.
  • Dr. Manindra Agrawal, N Rama Rao Chair Professor, Department of CSE, IIT Kanpur and the Honorary Professor, IISER Bhopal, has been awarded the prize of the Third World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) in Mathematics, for the year 2010.
  • Dr. Sandeep Verma, Professor, Department of Chemistry, IIT Kanpur and Adjunct Professor, IISER Bhopal, has been awarded the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for the year 2010 in Chemical Science.
