Physics Lab
The M.S. Physics laboratory for the first four semesters comprises the experiments of mechanics, electrodynamics, optics, thermodynamics and quantum mechanics. Experiments leave a clear and permanent imprint of the physical laws and principles in the mind of the learner. For the purpose of visual demonstration to the class-room teaching, the experiments for each semester have been designed and set up to match the concurrent theory course. For majority of experiments, aimed to imbibe the experimental skills simultaneous to learning, students are encouraged to set up and perform the experiments independently. Also, in an endeavor to establish top-quality undergraduate laboratory, we have installed numerous computer-interfaced demonstrative type experiments of unmatched qualitative superiority. To impart knowledge of recent advancements in physics, continuous upgradation of the M.S. laboratories will be our prime motive.
